Particularly, my clinical skills draw upon Family System therapies, Mindfulness-based therapies, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Existential Group Therapy. I've worked with individuals facing relational conflicts, problematic issues related to parenting, depression and bi-polar disorders, anxiety disorders, thought disorders including psychosis, and those who are seeking greater happiness and fulfillment in their daily lives. My goals include continuing to support people as they navigate life's challenges, as they seek greater stability, and as they develop greater insights. I'm very excited to work with multidisciplinary teams and apply effective and innovative clinical approaches.
